Bourneford Ltd is a property development company that creates unique living spaces in the private and affordable housing sectors in the South and South-West. Though Bourneford Ltd is a relatively young company
Our Directors have over 30 years of experience in both project management, development, and finance, so we have the knowledge of how to source, fund, develop plus market the projects that we are involved in.
Our company specialises in building new, high-quality and environmentally friendly new homes plus renovating and sensitively modernising listed buildings. We encompass the full range of property type, from apartments and flats up to large, executive-style properties.

Project Management
As well as developing projects, either on our own or as a joint venture, we have also acted as project managers for a number of clients in the past. We use our expertise and knowledge to ensure that projects are kept within budget and finish on time.
Listed Buildings
Most of our projects are for new-build properties, but Bourneford Ltd also has experience in the restoration and renovation of listed buildings.
Commercial Projects
Although we have no commercial projects at present, we are looking at some developments that do include a commercial aspect within their development, so we are not averse to being involved in such projects, and have experience in delivering them.
